Revive Auto brings Austin mobile interior restoration for mold, odors, water damage, and pet accidents, plus booking and service info across 17 pages.

Do you come to my location?

Yes — Revive Auto is fully mobile. We service your vehicle at your home, apartment, or workplace wherever there's a safe place to work. You pick the location during booking.

What areas do you service?

We serve both the Austin and Houston metros. Austin-area: Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Taylor, Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Kyle, Buda, Manor, Bastrop, and Elgin. Houston-area: Katy, Cypress, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Atascocita, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Fulshear, Pearland, and Pasadena. The booking flow confirms your city is inside our service area.

How do I know which severity level to choose?

Each severity level is written in plain English on the service pages and during booking — for example, Light mold is a localized area, while Severe means extensive contamination that may require material removal. If you're unsure, upload photos in the booking flow and we'll review the condition and confirm the right level before your appointment.

What happens if I choose the wrong level?

Nothing bad — we verify your vehicle's condition before or upon arrival. If the severity is different from what you booked, we'll walk you through it and confirm any price adjustment before any work begins. You'll never be surprised by a change we didn't discuss with you first.

Can you completely remove mold?

We can remove visible mold and professionally treat the affected materials, and most vehicles return to a clean, usable condition. How much can be fully removed depends on how deep the contamination has reached — padding, seat foam, and headliner material can hold mold that surfaces alone can't reach. We'll always give you an honest assessment from your photos or on arrival.

Can you remove cigarette or marijuana smoke odors?

In most cases, yes — it's one of the most common problems we solve. Light or recent smoking typically responds well to the Freshen or Deep Treatment level. Vehicles smoked in heavily for years, where odor has soaked into the headliner and foam, call for Severe Restoration, and we'll set honest expectations about results before starting.

Can you remove pet urine smells?

The key is breaking down the source, not masking it. Our enzyme treatment targets the compounds that cause urine odor and extraction pulls them out of the material. Most cases are resolved in one service; deep saturation of seat foam or padding is what the Extensive level is for.

Can you clean vomit that has already dried?

Yes. Dried contamination has usually penetrated deeper into fabric and padding, so it calls for the Extensive level — removal, enzyme treatment, extraction, sanitization, and odor treatment. It's a bigger job than fresh cleanup, but the source can still be broken down and removed.

What happens if water is underneath my carpet?

That's common after flooding, and it's why carpet often has to come up: carpet padding holds water like a sponge and can't be dried in place. Our Heavy and Severe water restoration levels cover removing and treating under the carpet. We'll confirm the extent with you before starting.

Do I need electricity or water available?

Most of our services are self-contained — we bring professional extraction, steam, treatment, and drying equipment. If your specific service or location needs power or water access, we'll confirm it with you when we review your booking.

How long will my service take?

It varies by service and severity — a Freshen odor treatment runs a couple of hours, while severe mold or flood restoration can take most of the day. Your booking shows an estimated duration for the exact level you select.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No — many customers leave keys or arrange vehicle access and go about their day. We do a walkthrough at the end, which can happen by phone and photos if you're not on site.

Can I upload pictures before booking?

Yes, and for restoration services we encourage it. Photo upload is built into the booking flow, and if you're not sure which severity level fits, the photos let us review your vehicle's condition and confirm the right service before you pay.

Do you guarantee odor removal?

We don't make blanket guarantees, because honesty serves you better than promises. We target the source of odors with professional treatments, which resolves the vast majority of cases. Deeply embedded, long-standing contamination can sometimes need more than one treatment — we'll tell you that before we start, not after.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment by replying to your confirmation. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If we verify a different severity before starting, we'll always confirm any price change with you first.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes. Revive Auto proudly offers 10% off services for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders. Valid ID or qualifying service identification is required for verification.

What forms of payment do you accept?

No payment is required when you book. Reserve your appointment online and pay by card after the service is completed.
